• Source quotations for room blocks, conference rooms, meeting rooms, F&B menus
• Take care of the ticketing and transportation for the event (what we call ground handling)
• Assign a ground handling team to ensure you get a coordinator waiting at the airport for the arrival of the guests, in the hotel to meet the guests on arrival and departure, and throughout the event or conference to assist with day-to-day requests and be onsite to ensure perfect execution
